Behind every swing and pitch at Punisher Complex is a straightforward process to get you started. Here's what you need to know about payments for our batting cages and team slots.
Accepted payment methods
For your convenience, Punisher Complex accepts the following secure payment methods when you book a cage or team slot:
- All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- We do have a Venmo account for team bookings (if needed)
- We also offer/accept our gift cards
When to pay for your booking
To secure your desired time slot, full payment is required at the time of booking. This ensures your dedicated space for the individual cage for $25/hr, is reserved exclusively for your practice session.
Team winter bookings will need to pay the first and last months monthly payment upfront to secure your dedicated time slot for the winter. Call anytime in advance to secure your time slot for the upcoming winter.
Cancellation and refund policy
We understand that plans can change. For cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking are non-refundable. Please contact us at info@punishercomplex.com or (801) 200-5020 to discuss any changes to your booking.
